In parallel with product development, we are expanding the reach of our early success by building a scalable sales motion. This role is designed to help us replicate our existing product success by targeting and converting companies with similar RFQ processes, ultimately turning our initial traction into repeatable, predictable growth.
As an Enterprise Sales/Growth Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting companies that match our existing customer patterns. You’ll work closely with the sales team and leadership to refine the sales process, ensuring it scales efficiently as we grow.
What you will be doing:
- Identify and target companies with similar RFQ processes and requirements structures as our existing customers
- Build a targeted pipeline through outbound outreach
- Bring target accounts into the sales cycle and own them end-to-end
- Run discovery, qualification, and deal execution in close collaboration with Solutions Engineers
- Position the product based on proven but still evolving customer success patterns
- Contribute to refining messaging, qualification criteria, and definition of high-fit customers
- Continuously build a pipeline of qualified, pattern-matching opportunities
